An insight into our service

Abby Waters Property Management deals with the day-to-day management of residential & commercial properties in Kent and East Sussex, which some people perceive as being a deceivingly simple task. We have, over the course of our work commitments, heard people comment that we must just collect the money and then sit back and do nothing! Well, we would like to dispel these myths and over the next few months, give you an insight into some of the challenges we may face on a day-to-day basis and why our commitment to customer satisfaction & service is so important to us.

Our company has been running successfully for over ten years covering areas such as Crowborough, Rye, Seddlescombe, Hawkhurst, Faversham, Whitstable, Tankerton, Ashford, Hythe, Dymchurch, Fawkham, Gravesend & Dartford. During this time we have looked after various sized Leasehold & Freehold properties as managing agents. These vary from a block of just four flats to a large commercial building with six offices employing a significant amount of staff members. As well as block management we also manage a large number of rental properties, which bring about separate challenges, but we will talk about that on another day!

In these days of fast moving technology several property management companies seem to run an ‘online only’ service. We do not feel this is beneficial to our residents or Landlords and whenever possible do our best to always be at the end of a phone to provide ‘a voice’. Landlords especially want to know we are looking after their investment to the best of our ability and Abby Waters Property Management believe in a property management service that provides a professional approach with the personal touch.

The reasoning behind this is that if our residents have an emergency they want to ensure they have spoken to someone to report the problem and know that it will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Our residents, tenants, Leaseholders, Freeholders, Landlords, Developers and contractors know we are at the end of the phone and aim to deal with any incidents as quickly as possible.

Why? Because ‘Your Property Matters’
